REFORMER PILATES

So you want to do Pilates do you? Great, lets do it!
In this session participants will be introduced to reformer Pilates. From the different pieces of equipment to the actual movements, we will focus on form, breath and body awareness that will look and feel very different for every individual body. Through the use of layering, all participants will get moving regardless of skill level. For the more advanced participants, this class will aid in refinements on the full expression of the movements focusing on range of motion, flexibility and  control.

FULL FLEX
50 minutes

This is our all encompassing reformer Pilates class. In this class, participants of all skill levels are welcome to build their best Pilates bodies with strength, balance and control as the forefront. This is a lively paced class, challenging your full body to show up and move, however the level of heat you want to bring, will always be up to you.

THE SCULPTING POINT
50 minutes

Our most advanced reformer Pilates class is sure to leave you with a full body burn. In this class, we will move through full expressions of movements focusing on form and advanced layering to push our bodies to their fullest potential. Flexibility, control, range of motion and breath work will be built into every movement, allowing continuous growth both physically and mentally. If you are unsure if this class is for you, please speak with your instructor prior to booking.

JUMP UP & GET DOWN
50 minutes

Our cardio jumpboard class is sure to get your whole body energized, a little shakey and definitely sweaty, but never feeling better! Welcoming all skill levels, this class will be focused primarily on the jumpboard through building endurance and strength, as well as the introduction of props to slow things down, yet keeping the HIIT feeling alive, and you KNOW our plank challenge will be in there too. Embracing inclusiveness, this class will offer layers, allowing every body to move at their own pace, while allowing individual challenges for consistent growth.  Not recommended for pre-natal clients.

LONG & LIMBER STRETCH
50 minutes

Feel the stretch, focus on balance, flexibility and realignment in our pilates reformer stretch class. In this class, we will use the time to focus on resetting and lengthening muscles through dynamic stretching both on and off the reformer. Taking time to engage our bodies in balance and flexibility and mobilizing stressed joints and muscles. This class will leave your muscles feeling relaxed and ready to push forward in the days ahead.

MAT PILATES
50 minutes

Join us on your mat as we challenge our bodies in our signature Mat Pilates class. In this dynamic, total body flow, we will explore movement holds, pulses and feel 'the shake' while we challenge ourselves through the use of our body weight as well as props. Improve coordination, strength, balance and posture at your own pace while we bring it back to where it all began. This class is an open- level class where beginners and advanced participants will get moving and be challenged accordingly.

DUMBELL

REFORMER HIIT
50 minutes

Reformer HIIT classes are a dynamic styled class that will get your heart rate up and your body moving in all different directions with both bodyweight and load-based exercises on and off the reformer. Performing short bursts of intense activity which effectively works the entire body (off the reformer), then the combination of switching from HIIT to Low intensity (more controlled movements on the reformer) makes for a dynamic workout that will have you breaking a good sweat and working the body to its maximum potential! Reformer HIIT is the perfect complement to your current workout schedule.

YOGA

ZEN & TONIC

After a busy day, come join us for a candle-lit Hatha yoga session. In this class, we will focus on creating balance, energy flow and relaxation through movements that will guide you through series of strength, flexibility and breath awareness.

(OVER) FLOW

This class will have you flowing through playful poses, as you focus on conscious breath work and body awareness. There will be room to dive deeper into your practise with variations of poses through this energetic and upbeat Vinyasa class.

YOGA ON THE ROCKS
50 minutes

This is our catch all yoga class. Not really sure what you're in the mood for? Then you have found your class! Taking aspects from Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga, this class will have a unique and vibrant vibe, that energizes and grounds the body. You will leave each class feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day. 

THE JUICE BOX LEAGUE

Calling all mom and their littles. . . this class is for you! Motherhood can be hard and lonely, and we want to offer a safe space to come, with the little in tow, to move your body and get back to the woman you use to be. With a focus on pelvic health, strength training, balance and relaxation, this class  will pull from BOTH our Mat Pilates and Yoga practises to form a wholesome session. Whether you are 6 weeks post-partum or 10 years post-partum, this class will provide you with the foundations to safely return to movement with the added bonus of a new community of likeminded mommas. BABIES AND CHILDREN WELCOME!
